Since our items are all handmade order processing
times are typically between 24-48 hours after you place your order. Most
orders are processed within 24 hours, but please allow extra time during
holidays and seasonal sales.
soon as your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation to the email
address you entered when placing your order. If for some reason, you did not
receive an email, please check your spam folder.
When your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will receive a tracking number 2-3 days after your package has shipped. Simply click on that tracking number and you'll be able to check the delivery status of your order.
If you are still
unable to track your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us
with your name, the email address used to place the order, and order
number. We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!
If you need to cancel an order please email us at email@example.com as quickly as possible via our contact page. You have within 24 hours after purchase timestamp to cancel your order provided that your order has not been processed and/or shipped. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
Please note that once your order has been processed and/or shipped you will have to follow the regular returns procedure.
